Eat In AI exists to answer one question well: what can I cook today? Most cooking apps assume you'll shop for a recipe. Eat In AI starts from the ingredients already in your kitchen, which is where dinner actually comes from — and where most household food waste happens.
The Recipe Generator writes a complete recipe around what you have. The Fridge Scanner reads one photo of your fridge and turns it into an editable ingredient list. The Meal Planner builds a 7-day plan that reuses ingredients on purpose. Shopping Lists are generated from your recipes and plans, merged and grouped. Saved Recipes keep what worked. Cooking Mode reads steps aloud so you can keep your hands in the food. Food Fitness tracks calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre against a daily goal.
On safety: your allergies and dietary rules are stored on your profile and checked programmatically against every generated recipe — direct allergens and hidden ones, like whey in butter or soy in stock cubes. Anything unsafe is regenerated before it reaches you. This is deliberately a safety net, not a guarantee. Nothing here is medical-grade or risk-free; read packaging, consider cross-contamination, and follow professional medical guidance for serious allergies.
On limits: recipes and nutrition figures are AI-generated estimates. They are useful for planning and cooking, not for clinical decisions. Use your own judgement on food safety, storage and freshness.
Eat In AI was built and is run by Síomha, founder of Eat In AI, from Ireland.
