Yes. Cancelling stops future billing immediately from your profile — no email or phone call needed. Your account, saved recipes and shopping list stay exactly as they are on the free plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Chef, Master Chef and Gourmet Chef at any time, and the change is applied to your billing straight away.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Eat In AI never sees or stores your card details.
Refunds follow the published refund and cancellation policy. If something went wrong with a charge, email contacteatinai@gmail.com and it will be looked at directly.
